  Pros:The grounds are well maintained and there are huge security flood lights on both sides of the apartment buildings. Some of the apartments have been refurbished recently and the apartments are a decent size.
  
  UPDATE- HUGE CON- The heat has gone out and it is currently 5am (it was out for 3 days straight) and of course there is no way to even leave a message for management during non office hours. I have small children and they are so cold that they aren’t able to sleep. It is hovering just over 50 degrees. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live- for the safety of your family!
  
  Cons: The air conditioning doesn’t work and maintenance is SLOW to fix this issue. Even when air conditioning is working the layout of the vents in the apartment are lacking- one vent for the main living room space that is 20 X 15ft. The locks on the front door were flimsy and we paid another company to have them replaced. Staff are SLOW to respond and are not very friendly or helpful. The “fitness center” is a joke with broken treadmills and ellipticals.
  
  I would not recommend this apartment complex to others.
